1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "bdtk 3", "platform", or "service" refers to the website, mobile application, and all related digital services operated by bdtk 3. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has opened an account on bdtk 3 or is using the platform.

"Wager" or "bet" refers to participation in any casino game, sports betting, live casino, or any other gambling activity. "Bonus" refers to incentive funds or benefits provided by bdtk 3 subject to specified conditions.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any condition conflicts with existing laws of Bangladesh, that specific part will be considered void, but the remaining conditions will remain in effect.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in them will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also covered by this prohibition.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and all other information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If any information changes, the platform must be notified within 24 hours. The user bears full responsibility for any problems arising from incorrect information.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

The user is responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the bdtk 3 support team must be notified immediately. The user bears responsibility for all activities carried out through the account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtk 3 may request the user's national ID card, passport, or other official documents at any time. Verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or when any suspicious activity is detected. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account will be temporarily suspended.

3.3 OTP Verification

Some activities may require an OTP sent to the mobile number. It is the user's responsibility not to share this code with anyone. bdtk 3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from misuse of an OTP.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bdtk 3 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required in cases of verification or security review.

4.3 Payment Information Match

For both deposits and withdrawals, the name on the payment method must match the name on the account. Transactions through third-party accounts are not accepted and will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

All bonus offers apply only for playing games on bdtk 3. A bonus is never paid out as direct cash — it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering conditions have been met. Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus offer is active.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Other promotional offers from bdtk 3 include a weekly reload bonus (up to 50% up to ৳5,000), a slots festival bonus (up to 75% up to ৳8,000), a weekend cricket deposit offer (up to 60% up to ৳6,000), and a birthday special reward (up to ৳1,500). Each offer has its own wagering conditions and time limits. bdtk 3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on bdtk 3 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely unpredictable and fair. Casino game results are not predetermined in any way, and no third-party interference is effective here.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market, and are clearly displayed in the game interface. bdtk 3 reserves the right to adjust a user's betting limits under certain circumstances.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of server disconnection or a technical error during a game, bdtk 3 will determine the outcome based on log records. Any unfair advantage taken by exploiting a technical error will result in the relevant winnings being voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtk 3:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system exploitation
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses ("bonus abuse")
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal information
• Attempting to attack bdtk 3's servers or infrastructure
• Attempting to verify an account using false identity or documents
• Conducting deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property and Content

Users may access the platform for personal use, but republishing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) is protected under their respective ownership rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

bdtk 3 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by technical failures, internet disconnection, third-party service failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances. This condition applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

bdtk 3 bears no financial responsibility for losses incurred in gaming activities. Gaming is inherently risky, and the user is assumed to be accepting this risk with full awareness.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Account Closure by bdtk 3

In the following circumstances, bdtk 3 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice: breach of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud or deception, failure to complete verification, and prolonged inactivity.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. Any valid withdrawal request will be processed before the account is closed, but any bonus-related portion will be subject to review.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
